Thanks for posting this. I went and it blew my mind. Dr. Dan was there and presented several time sharing the wisdom and experience he has gained from years of active awareness here in the PNW.

After three years of "shadow conferencing" the NBB annual conference smething extaordinary happened. From year one the gorou has been discussing the posibility of a unified front and this year, by unanimous decision of all attending, it happened.

This process is in the seminal stages and its form exists as a brainstorming session from the final meeting of the Sustainable Biodiesel Summit. What a thrill to have been there and share in the spirit of active hope the moment provided.

Key issues to the group include: sustainable certification, education and outreach, voice through unity and Local sustainable business modles.
